One-year intensive program to integrate young adults into the professional world
The Ardian Foundation supports this charity in order to provide young adults with the key tools for their professional integration. This help involves mentoring and welcoming these apprentices to the Ardian office in New York.
Year Up is an intensive one-year training program, offering young adults aged 18 to 24 from disadvantaged backgrounds, courses to develop their skills, work placements, and moral support (through mentoring) in order to integrate them into the labor market.
