Pair mentors with deserving young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to help them complete their studies and integrate into the workforce
The Ardian Foundation participates in the activities of Un Avenir Ensemble by providing financial support. Some Ardian employees also volunteer time for the mentoring program to support these young people.
Un Avenir Ensemble offers the opportunity for decorated individuals (Legion of Honor) and professionals from all fields to mentor deserving young students from disadvantaged backgrounds during their studies and job hunt.
