ThinkForward
In the UK, more than 770,000 young people are neither studying nor in training, nor are they employed, this represents 11.2% of 16-24 year olds
In the United Kingdom, ThinkForward acts to enable young people facing difficulties to be supported in order to integrate the work force.
The young people follow a long-term mentoring program and develop technical skills for their future careers.
86% of ThinkForward graduates in 2019 were in the education system or were employed or in training
The Ardian Foundation supports ThinkForward by organizing workshops on CV writing and cover letters, job interview techniques and various soft skills. Some employees also participate in the mentoring program.
